Drea Vocalz, a soul goddess from St. Louis with a voice like warm honey and a story stitched with both ache and triumph. I’m a singer-songwriter, a mother, a survivor, and a woman on a mission to turn pain into power through music.

From her earliest days, music was more than a passion—it was a lifeline. She became a mother in my teenage years, stepping into womanhood with love in one hand and purpose in the other. She survived domestic abuse, found true love and rebuilt herself piece by piece while working jobs, raising beautiful children, and studying music to keep her dreams alive. Life didn’t always take it easy.

She still I sang.
Still, she wrote.
Still, she would rise.

And from that journey came a sound that is as rich as those roots where R&B soul meets self reflection and rediscovery. Drea's music is a love letter to people like me: those who’ve fought to find themselves, to heal, to feel free. Those who continue to laugh and find joy beyond the trauma.

I’ve been blessed to share my voice on stages across the country and recently, I earned my first residency  with the Kranzberg Arts Foundation. With every song, I aim to leave a legacy of light and love, especially for the next generation of young creatives and other women chasing their dreams."
